Problem #1. "Log on Failed"
Reasons:

Solutions:
1. In the folder with the game run the program 'Enjoy_Helper.exe'.
2. It is necessary to make -5 versions back. If I have the latest version of 1106, I install 1101 and click 'Set version Update'. -
Problem #2. "Disconnect"
Reasons:
1. Bad internet connection.
2. Bad ping.
Solutions:
1. Your Internet provider is not stable or is far from our data center.
2. Add the folder with the client to the exclusion list of your antivirus. -
Problem #3. "Not Enough Memory"
Reasons:
1. This error occurs on any windows. The problem is your video card, if you get this error, then you are like me, the owner of the GTX 1050/1060/1070 video card ...
Solutions:
1. Use the GTX graphics card until 2014. (problem only with NVIDIA GTX 2015/2016/2017/2018/2019)
2. Use AMD video cards, they are perfect for our game, even if your 2019 video card.
3. Try displaying the screen through the VGA motherboard. -
Problem #4. "Camera or Game lags"
Solutions:
1. This often happens when new Windows updates or drivers for a video card (or other) appear.
2. You can also try to unpack the new game client. -
Problem #5. "The client doesn't open (it doesn't even show an error) or vcruntime140_1.dll"
Solutions:
